Once a spray is logged against a site, it's stored in that site's Spray Diary Log and plotted against your spore and disease risk graphs. This lets you check exactly what was applied, when it was sprayed and how it lined up with spore activity at the time.
Step-by-step: viewing a spray log
Open the Site you want to view spray records for
Go to Notes > Spray Diary Log to see every spray logged against that site, listed by date
Select an entry to view its full details - product, active ingredient, application rate, water rate, reference device, weather at the time of spraying and any notes
To see how a spray lines up with spore activity, go to the site's graphs - each spray log appears as a marker on the spore concentration graphs so you can compare application timing directly against disease pressure
To update a spray log after it's been saved, open the entry from the Spray Diary Log and select the pencil icon to Edit
Tip: If you're reviewing spray timing at the end of a season, it's easier to work from the graphs than the list. Hover over each spray marker to see the product and date without leaving the graph view.
Good to know
Spray logs are scoped to the site you're viewing - use the site selector to switch and see records logged against a different site
Sprays don't currently roll up across multiple sites in one combined view - if you can't find an entry, double-check you're on the right site
Only the Organisation Admin and Organisation User roles who can add spray logs can also edit them
Organisation Spore Analyst roles can't see spray logs - this is so that growers can share spore and weather data externally (e.g. with agronomists or corporate partners) without exposing sensitive spray records
