You can download your spore concentration data as a CSV file directly from your graphs, so you can analyse it in Excel, Google Sheets, or your own reporting tools.

Before You Start

Most roles can export CSV data, with one exception: Organisation Viewer is view-only and can't download CSV reports. If you're not sure which role you have, check with your Organisation Admin (see Understanding user roles).

Step-by-Step: Exporting Spore Data

  1. Go to the Spore Graphs section and find the graph for the disease and device you want to export

  2. Use the date range fields to set the period you want the export to cover

  3. Select the CSV / download control on the graph to export the current view

  4. The file will download to your device, ready to open in your spreadsheet tool of choice

Good To Know

Each export reflects whatever device, disease and date range the graph is currently filtered to - so set your filters before exporting. Weather data can't currently be downloaded directly from the dashboard; if you need a weather CSV for a specific device and period, contact the BioScout team and we can pull it for you.

Need help?

If you run into any issues exporting your data, contact the BioScout support team from the dashboard - go to Contact Support and fill in the form, and we'll get back to you.
